[sakai2-tcc] Blockers in trunk

Hi TCC,

I have reviewed Demo in trunk today ready for the code freeze tomorrow and tagging. I have found a couple of obvious blockers for specific tools and have emailed the relevant project leads. I do not expect this to stop the tagging, but I do want to keep you informed.

I also wanted to thank David Horwitz for some efficient and accurate patching.
