     Based off of the availability of 7 committee members we will meet on Friday.  Connection details are below.

The Conference Bridges support both Internet (e.g., Polycom, XMeeting (for MacOS), Ekiga (Linux, Windows)) and telephone connections:

Beginning March 27, all video bridge conference codes will begin with the number 22 - (for example, the Sakai001 code changes from 348# to 22348# )
Dial in to the bridge Telephone: +1 812 856 7060 - (same as before)
or
Polycom or Lifesize: 156.56.240.100##22X
Tandberg or XMeeting: 22X at 156.56.240.100
