[sakai2-tcc] Java 1.6 and Sakai 2.9

Given that Java 5 hit its "End of Service Life" date on October 30, 2009
(see http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/eol-135779.html), I think it
would be irresponsible us to continue to endorse its usage in 2011.
