No comments were made on this proposal and I have found another 
issue -- SAK-8421 -- with a similar fate.

Since Columbia has been running the SQL changes proposed in 
SAK-13345 since May without issue and recently tested the 
SAK-8421 ones, I have proposed to the TCC that "2_5_0-2_5_x" 
conversion scripts for both issues be committed to the 2.5.x 
maintenance branch (SAK-8421 needs to go to 2.6 as well).

Please review the proposed conversion scripts attached to:

http://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-18854

Without further discussion, they will be committed to 2.5.x in a 
week.
