[sakai2-tcc] post-2.6 search for 2.6.3?

I am ready to support an upgrade if I can test this Thursday on the 2.6.3 Branch. This is because I am on holiday starting next week for 3 weeks.

One correction here: Columbia is NOT actually running this
production, but is testing it as part of a proposed 2.5 -> 2.6
upgrade.
