[sakai2-tcc] post-2.6 search for 2.6.3?

Hi All,

This was discussed by some before the formation of this group:

2.6.3 should upgrade to the post-2.6 branch of search
(https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn/search/branches/post-2.6


Rationale:

1) This is the same code that has gone through the  2.7 qua process
2) There are no feature improvements between 2.6 and 2.7
3) This code is running in production at UCT (>6months) and Comlumbia
(that I know of)
4) The code includes numerous bug fixes esp. static code identified issues
5) The underlying libraries (e.g. Apache lucene) have all been updated.
In several cases (PDFBox, Tika) there are significant performance
improvements or addressing of critical bugs
