I agree.
The second option is very easy with the new tools we are using to
translate. We can search easily all the strings with the Sakai word on
them. And I think they are some, but not a very very large number.

The first option about use the name in the properties file, requires more
developing. But once we have all the strings located... maybe it deserves
the effort.

I vote for a mixed way. Try to remove it for the strings where this is not
absolutely needed and use the "complex" approach in the ones that we
definitively need to say the name of the system. I must say that I think
that we can avoid most of them or all.
