[Using Sakai] Instructor submission after accept-until date

What is the option at the bottom of the grading page for a student who
didn't submit in time? Is this accept until date specific for this student
or does it open it for the entire group to whom the assignment was given in
the first place? We're on ANI Sakai 2.9.3.
