[Using Sakai] Edit option for published quizzes

I found the solution:
When  "samigo.editPubAssessment.restricted" is set to  false,  the published quizzes are editable.

How do we get an edit option for published quizzes (similar to the one  below)? Our Sakai (version 2.9.2) does not have that option.
