[Using Sakai] Turnitin issues - blue icons

Hello,

Is anyone else having any problems with Turnitin and the Assignments tool? 

We're seeing some strange behaviour where sometimes a submission for an assignment is showing the blue icon (meaning 0% match) but  when you click on the icon  you are taken to the Turnitin site where it clearly says the match ISNT 0%. This all seems to have started last November.
