[Using Sakai] Duplicating Subpages in Lesson Builder?

I feel like I must be missing something obvious here, but I'm trying to
duplicate a subpage in Lesson Builder.  How can I do this?  It looks like I
can duplicate the top level page using "Add pages," but I lose that option
on subpages.
