[Using Sakai] Wevdav issue

I didn't see that they moved to GPL, that's very cool.

A few years ago (around Sakai 2.9) Cyberduck was strongly recommended if
anyone had problems but not usually put in as the first choice. Nowadays it
really should be the first choice when using webdav. Trying to ensure it
always works with everything else is impossible. Cyberduck on Windows and
OSX has just about always worked and connects to so many different things.
