[Using Sakai] Wevdav issue

I also recommend using Cyberduck instead of Anyclient.

Anyclient was our recommended client in the past, it worked pretty well. 
However, the latest versions have been getting worse, I think that is 
not maintained anymore and it had connectivity issues.

In contrast to this, Cyberduck has become a GPL open source project, it 
has an active issue tracker (https://trac.cyberduck.io/query) and it has 
improved a lot IMHO.
