[Using Sakai] Proposal: Change Teaching and Learning meeting time to 10 am Eastern

Hi there

Being located in South Africa, I'd certainly appreciate the earlier meeting time.  The switch from an evening to an afternoon (I'm GMT + 2), would be very helpful.
