[Using Sakai] Course date shifting?

Has anyone written any scripts that will shift all course dates by a fixed amount?

We have some courses that are on a typically standard schedule, and rather than manually click-click-clicking so many dates for each assignment, it would be a lot easier to have a shift applied to all, and then just edit to review and publish.
