[Using Sakai] Migrating from Blogger to Clog through BlogWow

Hello,

W started using Sakai CLE 2.4 a few years ago, with Blogger. Later on we 
moved to 2.7, and at some point installed BlogWow and replaced most of 
Blogger instances by it. A few months ago we installed 2.9 and Clog, 
which seems to have replaced nicely the last bits of Blogger, but not 
BlogWow.

Any ideas on how to migrate from BlogWow to Clog?
