[Using Sakai] adding another wiki tool

Well the wiki's name and realm in the database is based just on the site
id, not the page or tool ids. So you can't *really* have multiple
independent wiki tools in the same site and can't create multiple currently
through site manage (just as an admin). But what you can do is change the
first page that a wiki will show when launching. By default it's "Home" but
the tool property home-page can change that. So just create a new page on
the existing wiki, put some text in it and use that for this property.
