[Using Sakai] Lessons - using a external tool as a prerequisite

Hello,

 

We want to use a external tool (specifically a SCORM course) as a
prerequisite at the Lessons tool. We expected that when the user opened the
course then the prerequisite would be considered as fulfilled but it seems
it doesn't work that way. When is it supposed to be completed?
