[Using Sakai] Site/course relative URLs?

I have some documents that describe projects and assignments, and I'd like to embed in them some local URLs to resources on that site. Then when I clone a site for various offerings of a course, everything stays intact.

But now if I manually figure out a URL for one site, and put it into a document, it breaks when I try to use the cloned site instead (if the old site is not visible anymore, or that student does not have access).

Is there any concept of a site-relative URL in Sakai?
