[Using Sakai] google chrome problems

Right now we have seen some problems with the browser Google Chrome. We think its beacuse of an update. Due to the problem clicking on the refresh icon, attaching a file or clicking buttons inside Scio is not working correctly.

We recommend users to use Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer instead of Chrome
