[Using Sakai] modifications to internal help in CLE (2.8)

Hi all,

I found the following wiki page (
https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/ESUP/End-User+Support+Group)
and started thinking about the possibilities of modifications to the
internal help directory (jump down to the sub-section titled "Resources for
Writing and Customizing Documentation").

The page hasn't been updated in a while, so I am curious to know if/how
other institutions choose to continue to customize the internal help
provided in terms of: editing/modifying the internal help vs. re-purposing
or pointing to content within an external institution- specific knowledge
base.
