[Using Sakai] Assessment In Progress

You can run Auto Aubmission Quartz Job to submit these in progress
assessments (https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-14474). If you want
to update db directly, you can update the value of forgrade column to 1 (in
sam_assessmentgrading_t) for these records.
