[Using Sakai] translation into Polish

I am 99% sure this was an oversight. It looks like new locales are
usually added to the demo and default sakai.properties when the
translations are done.

If you want to test the Polish translation now, I think you can add
the following to sakai.properties:

locales.more = pl_PL

This setting is often used for debugging and just adds locales to the
default list.
