[Using Sakai] How to create a URL reference to an assignment in a course?

I want to have a daily lesson overview syllabus, and include in it the topics, readings, and a link to the assignments for that day.

How do I create those links? When I try to insert a hyperlink and browse, so far I only see resources as candidate links.
