[Using Sakai] Academic Roll Over Issues

Hi,

I am experiencing a problem when I want to recreate a course for this academic year 2013. I am not sure if the error is due to a bug in our system or not. The error given is "This site already exists". The site which is available is the one for 2012 academic year.
