[Using Sakai] Samigo problem

Hi,

We at University of Skövde have had problems with samigo lately. A few students were missing the clickable attachments bar when turning in a test in test & quiz module! I have also noticed this in the log and I think its connected somehow but can't figure out how! Maybe somehow when a student is saving a test as a draft he can't save over the old document?
