[Using Sakai] Dates for activities limited to last year

Hello,

I have created new entries in CM_ACADEMIC_SESSION_T for this and the 
following term, and then created a course for this term. However, inside 
the course dates can be no later than  2012/12/31. Do any of you knows 
why? Any ideas about how to fix this?

We are currently using Sakai 2.7 on Tomcat 5.5 and MySQL 5.1, using 
Oracle Java 6.
