[Using Sakai] Question after update to 2.9.x

Hi guys,

After the upgrade to 2.9.x I cant find a tool that can open a blank page (some kind of link tool) isn't this possible anymore?
Before in 2.7.x we could choose to mark a box for open in a new window (in a linktool) but not now.
