[Using Sakai] Creation of the course site

Hi,

when I try to create a course using the link
<http://134.102.231.72:8080/portal/tool/7789fdb6-8c3a-4738-b5ee-3e8a818f4d41
?panel=Main> Add course(s) and/or section(s) not listed above...

I must fill the field "Authorizer's username:" and the site gets the status
( (Requested)

What actions and how have to fulfil the user, that gets the email with the
request?

What is necessary to do that the "(Requested)" escapes?
