[Using Sakai] Reporting Sakai adoption

Hi Gregory,

I'm not sure if you're using it already, but the Site Statistics tool
provides a variety of reporting capabilities. While this tool can be
added to a site, there's also an admin version (to include in the
Admin Workspace) that reports on usage across your instance of Sakai.
