[Using Sakai] Confidentiality in message tool

Hello,
when a student uses the message tool to send an email, he can see the 
name and email address of the other students. For confidentiality 
reasons, I need that this is not possible: the student will be allowed 
to send an email to teachers only and not see the IDs of other students

Anyone has a solution?
