[Using Sakai] Form Creation and XML Instruction

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knows of someone in the community who can train me on form creation in the CLE version of Sakai.  We are looking at creating some custom-forms for our School of Ed. faculty who are assessing our students' portfolio against a set of standards.  

We have a budget for this training and would be happy to pay for it.
