[Using Sakai] good site & page examples, or templates?

I liked the course and page style used in the example at:

  https://collab.itc.virginia.edu/docs/videos/rale/rale-video.html

But as a new Sakai user, it was not obvious of an easy way to create such pages & sites.

Are there any good example sites, than have cloneable pages, or site templates for such "best practices"?
