[Using Sakai] Password reset email "from"

this is causing us great problems too and we're looking to do this. Indeed Matthew Buckett may have already done it. We were going to send it from a 'blackhole' address.

We recently upgraded to Sakai version 2.8.4 (rSmart) and implemented the Account Validation option "siteManage.validateNewUsers=true".  I'm not sure if it was this way before or because of this change, but now when users input their email address and get the email with a link to reset their password, the email comes from Nobody.

How can we set who that password is sent "from"?
