[Using Sakai] Calendar Subscriptions

[Sam Ottenhoff]

Is Sakai able to access the iCal file?  Is it a Google ical file?  Maybe
Google is blocking the default Java user agent?  Do you run with a JAVA_OPT
to set Sakai's user agent?

  -Dhttp.agent=Sakai
