[Using Sakai] Advanced survey tool

What about creating an assessment with answer options like:

A. 1; I agree
B. 2; somewhat agree
C. 3; totally agree

Then when the result is exported the delineator (semicolon in this case)
can be used to separate the number from the text response in Excel.
