[Using Sakai] Charset encoding

Mattews, I've tryed the procedure in your link. Unfortunately, I'm having
lots of errors. I track down some of them : it stop when a field has a
foreign key. I tried to bypass those errors but theres just to much of them
preventing to the script to go trough.

Also, i've manually done this procedure for the User first and last name
fields and chars are now displayed as � which is not better.

I think this ends my journey of trying to fix database issues myself. The
choices I have are now living with it or restarting from scratch (but
considering our course is already live, this could be hard).

But thanks anyway for your help and thank you for fixing the database
support link. If you have any other idea you're welcome to let me know.
