Wow, what an incredible resource for the community! This looks extremely useful to us at Tufts as we think about implementing portfolios next year.

 I have hacked through the entire portfolio creation, publication, completion, and evaluation process (playing all the roles), and kept a narrative of it, with screenshots, code, and so forth. I hope that this might help new people who want to explore the possibilities. As I told the Portfolio group, this is the exposition that I wish I had a couple of years ago, Sean Keesler's pages being the closest.

 The path described is rocky, and the technique ugly, but detailed. I have put a link on a Confluence page, accessible from both the Project: Portfolio home page and the OSP Documentation page.
