[Using Sakai] Submit button confusion in Tests and Quizzes.

Hi Marilyn,

The Submit button is there since the very beginning. As you have a concern
now, I will forward your request to our Ux designer to review.

Lynn,

I think SAM-914 is related but not exactly the same. What reported in
SAM-914 is about duplicate Submit buttons in all the pages except the last
one, and what Marilyn wants is to completely remove the Submit button for
these pages.
