[Using Sakai] What is "AT&S"?

Hi all,

I was doing a query on the Gradebook and included in my search a column for externally supplied applications ("EXTERNAL_APP_NAME" in the GB_GRADABLE_OBJECT_T table)

This usually returns things like "Assignments" but today I saw one that said "AT&S"

Anyone know which tool or service that corresponds to?
