HI Frederic,

We also experience the problem from time to time. We don't know why it happens.
To fix the workspace we do the following:
(1) Go to "administration workspace"
(2) Click on "site"
(3) enter the user id and click "Search"
(4) If the workspace is faulty we normally find that info is displayed there.
(5) We then click "remove site"

User can then just login again to sakai and the My Workspace will be fine again.

Regards
Sonette

Subject: [Using Sakai] My workspace is not available

Hi,

We're having a problem using 'My workspace' in Sakai. One of our teachers
doesn't have access to her workspace anymore: "The site you requested is not
available" is the only information we get. Strangely other colleagues don't
seem to have this problem at all.
Even after deleting the user and re-creating it, the problem remains and the
error message keeps popping up.
I already checked if this user didn't accidentally unsubscribed from her own
workpace (which she didn't).

Does anyone have an idea what might be the cause of this error message?

Thanks a lot in advance!
