[Using Sakai] Workspace Setting

Hello all,

I'm in the process of setting up our user's workspaces and I was hoping that
some of you could let me in on what your institution's default My Workspace
pages are available to you.  Specifically, the left-hand navigation side.
 Screenshots would work.
