[Using Sakai] for equations in sakai course

I agree with this, but it should be captured and written about in
confluence, email is a bad place for this discussion.

Looks like there's already a raw page started here based on an email awhile
ago. I have a lot more emails on this subject.

I got a lot of these added and rolling here as we've had a number of
internal and external discussions.
