[Using Sakai] My Workspace Resource Folder

Hi Russell

As admin, go to the Resources page of the MWS in question.  Drop down  
the Actions menu for the root folder and select Edit Details.  Place  
a check in the box next to Special Quota, enter the custom size quota  
(in kb) and click Update.  I just figure a million kb per GB to keep  
things simple.

In order to check the quota thru the UI, you'll need to be running  
this patch SAK-11003.   With this installed, you'll see a Check Quota  
link at the top of the Resources page.  Otherwise, probably have to  
query the DB to get the current Size/Available for the page.
