Hi Justin,

You should not create users directly in the database - you should always
access them via the API. If your looking for an endpoint to hang a
script on you can look at the webservices:

http://qa1-za.sakaiproject.org/sakai-axis/SakaiScript.jws
(Note there are some settings you need to enable to switch this on)

Or the RESTful interface at:
http://qa1-za.sakaiproject.org/direct/user/describe
