[Using Sakai] Sakai Hardware/software Requirements

Dear Sakai Community,

We have successfully completed a pilot of Sakai and are preparing a
production solution.  Can anyone give us feedback on how you are running
Sakai; VM or physical hardware; database and app together on same hardware
or separated, and what type of hardware config (processor/RAM) has worked
for you, as well as how many users you support. We are planning to run on
SUSE Linux.
