[Using Sakai] [Building Sakai] Vote: renaming the Roster default tool title to "Site Members"

My understanding has always been (and the vote participation thus far
confirms) that this is an i18n issue. So +1 for me.

That said, "Roster" has a fairly unambiguous and non-technical value
(which "Site Members" does not) in US (North American?) contexts, and
given the overlap with the member list in the Site Info tool, the
label change proposed would be confusing and unwelcome. I'd lobby for
the release notes to include clear language about how to not stumble
into this unwittingly, and alter the tool title as needed, if and when
this change is next announced in release notes.

PS Ideally the functional duplication in Site Info could be collapsed
into a single solution. But I think that's more work than anyone is
ready to take on.
