[Using Sakai] server info url in sakai.properties

I want to know values of following in sakai.properties

server.info.url=/library/content/server_info.html
myworkspace.info.url=/library/content/myworkspace_info.html
webcontent.instructions.url=/library/content/webcontent_instructions.html
webdav.instructions.url=/library/content/webdav_instructions.html

are the above lines required if yes then for what is it possible that
I do not get elements /library and rather use /portal
