[Using Sakai] sakai documentation needs update

The docs are 200% misleading.
I have finally nailed the installation problem.

sakai.properites does not comes by default with sakai.2.7 bin and
setenv.sh file has to be created manually
after this permissions of sakai-bin-2.7.0.tgz
before extracting to CATALINA_HOME should be changed to what ever uid
and gid of webserver are and then to be extracted.

The doc no where says from where you will get sakai.properties file.
I luckily tried the svn setup so I had downloaded that but in other
wise case if you just download
sakai-bin-2.7.0.tgz
it wont work as simple as that.

Some one who is reading this thread and maintain the documentation
please update.
