[Using Sakai] setenv.sh missing as docs say

I am using Ubuntu 10.04 and Apache Tomcat 5.5.29 and as on this page
http://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/DOC/Install+Guide+-+Binary+Install+(2.7)
where you talk about in Section Set JAVA_OPTS where it is said to set
the environment variables in setenv.sh
I did find ./ -name setenv.sh

from Tomcat root but there was no such file named setenv.sh
is this doc correct ?
